minimal intrusion into the heat transfer working area. CX burners operate directly into a small diameter immersion tube heat exchanger, which is submerged in the liquid to be heated. The immersion tube varies in size from 1½” to 6” nominal diameter. – High efficiency (in excess of 80%) heat transfer – Multiple burner installations can be designed to operate with a common flue – Smaller diameter and shorter length of heat exchanger permits compact vessel design, reducing installation and heat exchanger construction costs – Lower maintenance costs. No moving parts on burner housing – Rugged construction with no exposed operating parts or electrical connections allows CX burners to operate in a wide variety of process environments The CX Series system is a fully integrated combustion package.
